In Sines v Kessler, Richard Spencer just filed a bunch of discovery without marking it confidential. This includes texts between him, “Eli Mosley”, and Jason Kessler regarding UTR 1 and UTR 2.
These texts are evidence that they planned violence and also show some interesting infighting. In other words, water is wet, this is the proof.
More importantly they provide correlation to other reports that showed police support and involvement in Unite The Right.
